Centre francophone Hamilton (CFH) promotes francophone culture by presenting arts of all disciplines, coordinating community events and services to allow the community to gather, socialize, network have fun in French with other francophones and francophiles of the area. Our activities target all those that love French language without distinction of first language or nationality. Activities in our organization’s artistic culminate to FrancoFEST, a reputed weekend filled of high caliber arts attended by 4000 to 8000 people. FrancoFEST began as a response to the lack of access to francophone arts, especially for live performances in southern Ontario. The festival supports local artists but also creates a feeling of community among French-speakers of all backgrounds, sharing the same love for culture and arts.
